Any good sites out there for healthy dinner recipes? Or if u guys have any good ones plz post.


I am a busy working mom of 2 so quick is a must. My kids eat pretty healthy but they r still kids so nothing crazy!

    Tostadas! Lean ground Eye of Round..4% fat!! Rosarita fat free refried beans... baked corn tortillas (450* for about 10 mins.) smear beans on baked torts and meat on top. I add lettuce, avacado, etc. black olives, plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Also, a trace of 2% sharp cheddar cheese....yum!
