I love chicken mole, but I am having a hard time finding a healthy version of this. Does anybody have a recipe for this?

    My recipe is Dona Maria, its the best, you can buy it made in a little box at the spanish market.

    do you have to add anything to it? my grandmother allways mde this for me and now I want to learn how.

    I use Dona Maria as well. I use chicken broth instead of water and add peanut butter and Ybarra chocolate. Husbands favorite dish.
