micro greens, italian lettuce mix, apple, raisins, shallot salad with a lemon juice, strawberry, apple cider vinegar and stevia dressing and of course water0

I had 3 zone perfect bars over the course of the afternoon, cause I was travelling, and cause I got em for like 80% off a few months back! I froze like 30 boxes.0

Turkey pilaf (onion, turkey mince, rice, stock, veggies) with a boiled egg.
A little pepino fruit (home grown!)
And a bonus chicken dumpling from a birthday lunch, I resisted all the other goodies, though I have a pork bun to take home for dinner.0 -
Half of a peanut butter sandwich and a diet ginger ale (And an Airborne to get rid of this cold lol)0

I went out for lunch with 3 girlfriends and had cauliflower and potato frittata with salad followed by a slice of cookies and cream cake - and lots of water. I did go to the gym for 45 minutes at 0600 - including 25 minutes elliptical, and did 3 hours of housework before lunch - I reckon lunch was about 1100 calories! I earned about 750 calories per my FITBIT, so I can still have dinner tonight.0

Leftovers from dinner...

4 oz. Chicken tenderloins, 1 cup of Broccoli, 1 cup of Cauliflower, and 1 cup of Carrots. Steamed with added stir fry (1TBSP) and 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, with 2 teaspoons of reduced calorie ranch dressing. To drink I had water and then some coffee with sugar free creamer. 392.2 Calories.:happy:0

A pretzel bread lean pocket..cheddar bacon...it's the worst thing I eat!! And it's the hardest habit to break!! But I'm trying!! I have eaten one almost daily for 8 years!!0

YUMMY WRAP!!!! My newest fave..... whole wheat soft tortilla wrap, 1/2 can tuna, 1 pickle spear & lettuce....I just the simplicity of it AND not to mention... actually I am mentioning it... 200 calories!!!!!0
