need 170 calorie dinner idea

    tons of veggies and half a chicken breast

    going over your cals for the day won't hurt you just this once. Have a healthy dinner and just work out an extra 20 minutes tomarrow or you could do a walk, jog, jumping jacks or any kind of excercise today to earn some extra cals for your dinner. But I wouldn't fret over not having enough cals. for dinner.

    triscuits & hummus
    or a plate full of salad spinach ,cherry tomato, FF dressing

    if your starving eat something!!!! it's not good to feel like your starving!! one day isn't going to ruin your diet...

    or Protein shake with just water - as long as you eat!

    CEREAL I've been doing this more recently w/ Special K when i don't have a lot of cals left i eat a bowl of cereal and it fills me up!! :)

    If you like eggs, I'd suggest making an egg white omelette loaded with veggies and if you have room, add some cheese
