Suggestions for calorie heavy, easy to stomach, nutritious f

Hi folks -
I have a problem I didn't think I would ever have:
I'm having a very hard time eating. I've been under an uncharacteristically large amount of stress at work. When I get anxious, my stomach starts to hurt and I don't really eat. But typically, when I have those anxious moments they tend to pass after a few hours or, at worst, the next day.
Unfortunately this has been going on for days now and I think it will continue to go on for quite a while.
I recommitted myself earlier this year to getting healthy and shedding at least 10 but hopefully 50 or so pounds. I've been mindful of eating a balanced diet with good nutrition because I really want to lose weight the right way.
But now I'm concerned that I'm causing my body to eat hard-earned muscle and not fat.
While I'm freaking out about work, do you have any suggestions for foods I should eat that have a fair number of calories in a small package (because my stomach doesn't seem to want anything in it right now) that are really good for you? Avocados seem obvious - anything else?
