Hi! This is my first time posting...I wanted to share my before/during photo since I'm sort of obsessed with looking at everyone else's pictures! I've been up and down and all around between the time these photos were taken, but since June I've really kicked it into gear and lost the bulk of my weight. Unfortunately my persoanl trainer just quit, so I'm going to try to make the rest of this journey on my own! I'll be browsing these boards a lot more to get that much-needed support and motivation!

    Thanks everyone! I feel so much better! For those of you who are just starting, you CAN do it. It's taken quite a bit of time to get my weight off, but it was completely worth it. And don't focus on the scale too much...I just got out of a several month "rut"...but realized toward the end of it that my favorite pair of jeans don't fit anymore! Same number on the scale, but a big change physically! :)
