I plan to finish 30 Day Shred (Day 4 today- yay!) and get as close as possible to my goal of weighing 140. I hope to make it to the weight goal, but to be no further away than 5 lbs. by the end of April.0

Current weight is 212 and I would like to be 200 by April 12. We are taking the kids to a spash park hotel for SB and would love to be just a little more comfy in a bathing suit!!0

to finally start seeing some results after 4-5 weeks of consistent running and making healthy food choices!! 6 pounds would be nice!0
