Hi all, I upped my calorie intake as I didn't want to hit the dreaded plateau. I upped my calorie intake to near 1650 per day (not including any exercise calories earned) but I have actually put 2lbs on this week! I am so pee'd off. I have about 40-50lbs to lose (I have already lost 16lbs) and I can't afford to continue to put up weight.
What am I doing wrong??????

How long has it been?
If it's only been a week, then you need to give it longer. You aren't doing anything wrong and most of the people who started to Fuel the Furnace will get a gain in the first week, but it will come off as it is only a bit of water.
It takes 7000 calories to add 2lbs of fat, so unless you ate back to maintenance plus 1000 calories every day it is not fat.0 -
Hiya Lady, yes its only been a week but a whole 2lbs????!!!!!
I definitely have not eaten anywhere near 7000 calorie so I am not quite sure what it is. I'll give it another week and see how I get on. I just feel like I have such a long way to go that 2lbs really puts a dent in my hard work so far. :0(0
