Hey, I've had this app for a while now, but never tried it out until yesterday. I've been slacking a bit in building up my muscle, so I decided to try out the Workout Trainer app. I didn't have much time, so I did this 8 minute intense workout. You do like 20 seconds or so of each workout and 10 seconds rest in between for 8 minutes. There are a lot of other workouts on this app and you can choose the category such as Abs & Core, Weight Loss, Weightlifting, Cardio, Full Body, Running, Yoga, Fitness Tests, Arms, Butt & Legs, Stretching, Strength, etc.

The one I did was quite hard and it's amazing how unfit you can be when you try a different workout from ones that you can normally do easily. I used to do a lot of push ups, sit ups, bench dips, etc. This one I did was push ups, full plank with leg lifts, sit ups, tricep dips, v-sit crunches and dolphin push ups. The sit ups and push ups were quite easy, but once I got into the correct position for the others they were just so hard and tiring. I can feel it this morning on my abs, triceps, biceps and my chest. I can see myself using this app more often on a daily basis, some days short intense workouts and others longer and moderate workouts.

Just wanted to add something for people who are able to download apps and would like a quick intense workout for days where you feel you can't put that extra effort into doing longer workouts. It does your body in and I do feel better this morning even though I am aching. Good luck :D
