Listing Foods?

How am I supposed to list that I drink coffee with milk, splenda, and redi whip, when I don't even know that I can trust the "oh I just guessed" posts about other coffees? And I couldn't tell you how many calories were in a "dash" of milk.
Basically, It's hard knowing just how many calories I am counting when I am poking around in the dark to what it MIGHT be. Any advice?
