Need ideas for rewards & punishments...

Alright, so the end of my college quarter is drawing near (it ends in a week!). And I noticed I have been spending waaaay too much time online--non-academic surfing, looking up random things, facebook, etc. No matter how much I try, I cannot keep myself from doing so when I really need to spend the time writing my final papers, studying for exams & working on my final project. I always been notorious for procrastinating, & unfortunently the day before everything is due happens to fall on my busiest day of the week this quarter.
I need some ideas on "punishments" for time spent on the computer.. ex: for every 1/2hr of (non-school) computer time, I do so many pushups, situps, or time on my elliptical. Something along those lines.
I need to start spending more time on my studies and getting in shape rather then looking through memes, playing games and what not.
Also, I'm looking for ideas on rewards to give myself as I reach my goals. So I have it set up to put away $5 per pound I lose & $2 per week I go without fast food. But I'm lost on ideas as far as, I lose X-amount of pounds I treat myself to a ???. I just hit my -15 pounds mark so I went and got a haircut.
I haven't been able to find, or keep a workout buddy of any kind since I started working out and I'm a very competitive and goal-oriented person and not having someone to work out with has been hard, so I've considered and am considerating any alternatives or ideas!
Starting Weight: 231pounds
Current Weight: 213.4pounds (& 46% body fat)
Goal Weight: 160pounds (& or 33% body fat by July 5th)

A readily implmentable punishment for failure to put in the required effort ahead of your exams or submission dates will be a lowering of grades or failure.
Compounding half an hour wasted on facebook with 15 minutes of pushups = 45 minutes of not studying.
Apologies for being a little rude here but......get a grip!0
