New attitude to life.

Well I thought it was time to get a new attitude relating to my life, and there is no time like the present. I have had a constent issue with my weight and at one time I saw a photo of someone I just didn't recognise, and it wasn't until my family told me it was ME! OMG! how, why, when were my questions. I began to realise that it didn't happe overnight and many factors came into it. BUT now its my time to look at my life and get a handle on it.
Life's not ment to be easy, so here I go with both hands... :flowerforyou:

You have an awesome and real attitude, which will take you far. All of the habits we all want to change, the weight, the eating habits...we did not build them overnight. I think there's been too much emphasis on NOW and QUICK weight loss...its just not sustainable and makes for yo-yo everything. :noway:
Just take one step then another. You don't have to see the whole picture now. Just one step at a time, making managable goals...before you know it you'll have a string of successes!
I'm trying to take my own advice too!0 -

Thank you for your comments and support, I am really looking forward to focusing and getting down to business, with the full reality check that is needed. As long as I don't have my expectatios too high things will flow and the weight will come off. I do expect to have a set back or two, but I will be determined to build my bridge and get over it. Life is to short to sweat over the little things.
