HI there,
Ive been working out for a while and im noticing a difference in my waist but i cant seem to lose any inches on my lower body.I know alot of you have had success and any tips would be soooo appreciated.

Lifting heavy (squats, deadlifts, lunges) and diet.0

Cardio - The best way to reduce body fat.0

You could try walking or running. I feel this has helped for me. Good luck.0
