i saw an advertisment for the band you put around your waist and it supposedly helps you lose inches i know it sounds ridiciouls and i am not stupid ahhh if only it were that easy.... sadly though i would love to try it lol!

    The theory of things like those is that by giving your muscles low level electrical shocks, it causes them to contract, and hence causing your waistline to shrink. They kinda work. My BF knew someone who fell asleep wearing one once. Poor guy couldn't sit up after that! His abs were so worn out he couldn't barely use them for days. Which sucks, since they are used in about everything you do! From what I understand, he threw the thing out after that!
