i know that you dont get as full when you eat 300 calories worth of m&m's instead of 300 calories oatmeal, but if you are willing to not feel as full and still eat the same amount of calories will you gain more weight?

OK my dear. m&m's verses oatmeal. OATMEAL. You have to look at it as a whole. Nutritional value of oatmeal is great. m&m's......not good. Have m&m's for a treat.0

I hear you!
My fiance shopped while hungry and brought home Ben & Jerry's. I just ate 1.5 servings of S'mores *instead of* dinner. I'm only 7 calories over for the day so I'm still technically ok, but what if I had eaten 400 calories of salad, or oatmeal, or almost *anything* else? Yeah - would have been MUCH better.
But it was really good.0
