kick the sugar

I am 100% sure I have a sugar addiction. I can barely go a day with out haveing some sort of chocolate or sweet. How in the world do you kick this habit, I'm having a stressful week at work and completely sabatoged myself. So mad at myself

    Fit a few treats into your calorie goal. Sugar isn't poison.

    Eesh. What a question! I have a little chocolate almost every day. =X I did switch from milk chocolate to dark chocolate, at least. :D
