Motivation

The crappy night I had last night gave me the motivation to push myself harder than I normally push myself while at the gym.. I normally kind of slack off while I'm there. I'll say I'm going to do it for an hour but then I only go for 30 minutes if that. So starting today I'm making myself go for an hour. I'm going to do some weights instead of just walk on the treadmill. I'm gonna bet in the best shape I've ever been in just to prove a point to myself. That I CAN and I WILL do it. And nothing is going to stop me. I'm also going to stick to my "diet" hard core. Which by that I mean cut out pop completely. Maybe a redbull every now and then but that will be my treat to myself. And I'm going to figure out a way to eat all my calories PLUS the ones I work off. Anywho just thought I'd share.
Oh and today is the last day I'm going to weigh myself.. Plus I figure in I'm going to measure myself also. Staying away from the scale for a month. Hopefully I wont get discouraged because I'm not much results on the scale.
