Caloric Intake..HELP

So I've been researching different websites trying to calculate how many calories would be healthy to consume a day to lose my final 10 lbs by June 1st. They all say the same thing which is between 1400-1450. I've been consuming less than 1300 (possibly 1200) since i started and have lost 7 pounds. Could my calorie deficit maybe be why I've not lost any weight in the past three to four weeks? What are you guys opinions? Should I up my calories and eat the all back after exercising? Thanks in advance!
