Hi guys,
Does anyone have any advice on how to work your legs without working you butt?
I love lunges and squats, but they are making my butt bigger! Machines are cool, and I've been using the one that works the front of your legs and the one that works the back (I have no idea what those muscles are called,) but I need something more when working my legs. I can't just do these two exercises.
Also, I do a lot of cardio. A combo of elliptical and tred. Thinking of adding jumping rope?
help!

calf raises are good exercises...stand on a step and raise up and down on your toes. I don't think they work your butt...not sure tho!
good luck, I will see what else I can find!0 -
Just a heads up, that machine working the back of your legs is probably working your hamstrings...which is also probably working on your butt.
Run run run!0
