I just started taking this about a month back. I heard about the recalls in the past and I am just curious who else is using it, is it safe, and results. So far it's been working but slow for me..but considering that i'm just dieting and taking this, no exercise, 10 lbs in 60 days at least in my eyes is pretty good, tell me what you think.

    Hydroxycut is a stimulant (caffeine). It doesn't seem rational to take a stimulant without excersize.

    I don't believe in diet pills or quick fixes. In order to get the body you want in a healthy and legitimate way, I think exercise and diet should be the only things you utilize. Anything additional is only going to hurt in the long run. Develop new habits that will last a lifetime rather than trying to take the easy way out of something that truly should not be easy.
