Busting a plateau

Ive been stuck at this same weight for over a month. I need something to amp up my weight loss again! To give you an idea of my usual routine:
- 1400-1600 cal days
- P90X2 workouts 4x week
- hot yoga on Tueadays
- CrossFit on Wedneadays
- active rest day
I am already incorporating HIIT (w/ CrossFit and the current phase of P90X2 I am in is also quite high intensity).
I've been looking into carb cycling but im not sure about it yet.
What have you done to bust through a plateau?

Honestly, sometimes taking a day off or two from fitness and letting my body catch up is it all it takes (for me). I haven't not experienced a true plateau yet while taking that route.0
