in a month stall and it is so frustrating

I have not lost one pound the entire month.

Have been eating pretty much a low carb and keepeing my calories around 1750 to 2000 a day.

work out 3- 4 times a week.

I am 52 6.3 and weigh currenty 243.5, last year at this time and every year before , I have always been around 232 and heading down, shedding my holidays weight.

Any suggestions ?
