I am a little bit "obsessive-compulsive" with a lot of things I do in life... my job, my hobbies, play, and of course MFP! I reached my GW of 125lbs. (I'm 5'4") a few weeks ago - which was awesome. The problem now? I keep loosing weight (not a problem I tought I would be complaining about)! I'm now down to 122.5lbs. I reset my goals to "maintain current weight," but out of habit - I consistently stay under that goal (hence the losses). Today I just "upped" my activity level - to give me more calories, hoping that might help.

I guess now that I've reached that goal - I'm kind of freaked out to put it all back on! My husband warned me that I would keep loosing... as he knows how I tick! :oP

Anyone else have these fears/sturggles? How did you adjust? Anyone able to maintain their goal weight for any length of time? I would love to hear your successes, ideas, and if anyone had similar fears/issues!
