I have a sore tailbone and I'm in need of different ways to tighten these abs as I lose weight. I already use an exercise ball and that helps some. Any different ideas would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

There are a lot of standing ab moves you can do, or floor moves you can do on your side, and plank moves as well.
Standing pike
Plank twists
Side plank with a knee raise and/or kick
Standing side bend, hand behind head, raise knee to elbow in the side bend
Spider planks
Knee crunches
I know some of these have different names - these are from my Jillian Micahels DVDs. Do a search for standing ab exercises or plank moves - you'll find a bunch! Hope your tailbone feels better soon!0 -

You can try things like this: It is Tiffany Rothe, she has some standing ab ones.

I have Billy Blanks Insane abs. The whole first 30 minutes is doing standing abs. The last 20 are on the ground though and might hurt your tailbone.
Good luck.0
