Devil's Delight Cookies

Just made these low fat cookies for my game night tonight. All 4 of us are on MFP, so I think we'll all appreciate them!
These cookies are reminiscent of chocolate cake, but not quite as sweet. The texture is not the best (not sure how to describe it...a little chewy maybe) but at only 50 calories for a decent-sized cookie, I can't complain too much.
DEVIL'S DELIGHT COOKIES
5 T Promise Light Margarine
1/2 c. fat free milk or buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg whites, whipped
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, milk, vanilla and egg whites. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix wet ingredients with dry just until moistened. Drop dough (more like a batter) by tablespoonfuls 2" apart on baking sheets. Bake for 7 minutes.
You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top to make them more attractive.
Makes 30 cookies; 50 calories each cookie

Good news...the texture improves after they cool! A lot like chocolate cake.0
