OK, I just got my copy from Netflix and I'm looking for some feedback from those of you who are currently using it. It looks awesome and I can tell it will give me what I'm looking for right now.
1. How many days do you go before taking a day of rest
2. When you move up a level, do you complete both or just the new level

After the first day you won't want to work out for a couple of days. YOu won't want to move. She says see you tomorrow but I did it everyother day personally.
When you move up a level just do that level or that is what I did. because level 2 will kick your butt more than level 1. and level 3 will kick your butt more than 1 or 2. Good luck to you.
Speaking of 30day shred i need to get back into it.

Hi! I am on day 8 of the 30 Day Shred. There are some threads on it you can look up. I am doing it each day, having started, I would like to do 30 days straight. Check the threads and see what they say. I was told to do level one for ten days, level two for ten, and level three...yes! for ten days!  :laugh:0

I did Jillian's Level 1 and the next day and the day after OUCH!!!!!!!!!!! As a matter of fact I would be lying if I told you that I continued doing it......the 5th day and I was still in pain. I started Bob's bootcamp instead....
Good luck. :flowerforyou:0 -
Thanks guys for all the information. My daughter and I will be starting it tomorrow and 10 days per level sounds great.
I look forward to the pain :laugh:0 -
I've been doing them for a few months now and I think they're amazing!
The first few days are definitely difficult and you'll be sore--but it's crazy to see the progress you make after a few times, how much stronger you get and easier the dvd gets! Good Luck!0 -
I planned on doing 8x for each level in a 10 day span (2 rest days). I saw some nice results on the scale and the tape measure. I kind of got bored of it by day 4 of the third level, so I have given it a break for now.0
