Just a few pounds

Hello everybody.

I'm here for a few days now and I would like to have some supportive friends :). With MFP I just want lose a few kilo's because my BMI is 24,4 (5'9 and 165 pounds/1.74 and 75 kg) and I must not gain any weight now. Think it would be healthy to lose a kilo or 10 and then trying to maintain this weight.

MFP really gave me insight on how much calories/other stuff everything had, so now I'm learning to make healthy choices!

Are there people who do or did the same? Feel free to add me :). Dutch people are also welcome :).
