30 day shred veterans...

Did any of you that got good results (better cardio, muscle definition, inches lost OR weight lost) use 3 lbs weights? I'm feeling like they are too light for some of the exercises, but I'm scared to go up to 5lbs because I can barely lift the 3lb weights on some of the arm exercise (v lifts are a killer right now in level 2).

    I used 3lb weights for everything except the chest flys, I used 5lbs for those. I had good results. Lost almost 7lbs and 12 inches. One of the moves in level 2 I used no weights. I can't remember what the move is called but it hurt like crazy for me.

    I used 5lb weights. My results were 2.5lbs lost, lots of inches lost, i gained muscle it is a great program. The before and after pics of me looked like a lost 10 or more lbs.

    I have had awesome results with the shred and her other videos as well. Her DVDs are the only exercises I do except for a spin bike class twice a week at school. I started out alternating 3's and 5's depending on the exercise and now I've worked my way up to alternating between 5's and 8's.
