Last on, first off?

I've always heard that you lose in the reverse order you gained. So, wherever you got heavy first, that will be the last to go. Seems true to me. What about for you? I know you can't spot train, but it sux that the places I hate most are the ones that will take the longest to change.

My belly was actually my last and my thighs/butt were 1st.....I can tell my belly is going down. I have always wanted thinner thighs even when I was "thin" though.0

I don't know if this is really true- it kind of sounds like an old wives' tale kind of thing. That being said, my stomach is the bane of my existence, so maybe there's something to it.0

I've always been on the chunky side, so it'll be a surprise for me to see what comes off last.0

I've gained almost exclusively on my belly, and I have lost there already! I think it depends on the person more than anything. Of course, ,most of my muscle mass is on my legs, too.0

Part of the reason I was so heavenly oblivious to my weight gain was because I gained it all over and I could never really see a trouble spot. 60lbs overweight now - yep - huge ole smack right upside the head! I have always been very well proportioned, thin and heavy. I hope like mad that the weight comes of the same as it went on. I could definitely handle that.0
