Old Habits Die Hard?

Ok. I had a GREAT snack/treat this morning. Oikos yogurt with honey. I was supposed to have it as a dip for my apple slices but hey...its Friday, I'll just eat the apple later. Well, this snack is loaded with protein. Shouldn't that have filled me up? I'm still (even after lunch) craving to eat. I really do feel full, but I'm SO EXTREMELY tempted to sit here and snack. I have plenty to choose from too. It IS GSC season. So what gives? Is it really that big of a mind game?
