Should I give up my one daily treat of.....

Pfffft, every morning I have coffee with Bailey's creamer. I refuse to give that up, because it makes me happy. It's not like I guzzle the stuff right out of the container. Treats are fine, so long as you're having them in moderation.0

Heck no!!!
I don't even LOG my coffee!!!0 -
I'll be quite honest...
This is the only life I have to live. I'm not giving up ANYTHING that I really, truly love -- from coffee to cake. Sorry, but there's just no way. I'm not going to live the rest of my life feeling resentful over not being able to eat or drink something.
That is just plain silly.0 -
I wouldn't. just use heavy cream (or whipping cream) instead of those nasty processed chemical-laden creamers. And look for organic. (stay away from skim milk - it's unnatural). Remember that fat doesn't make you fat (carbs do because they are addictive - you keep wanting to eat more and then every couple of hours you need a "fix" - and they don't kick in the "full" signal that your brain gets when you don't need anymore fuel (food). That signal is released from your adipose tissue. Eat fat to burn fat!!
But then I don't worry about calories or fat. I love heavy cream in my coffee. The only thing that affects my scale is carbs.
I also love coconut cream/milk in my coffee and have even tried pastured unsalted butter (talk about a yummy treat!!)
Carbs make me fat?
Funny. I consume a ton of carbs in a day and I'm not fat by any means.
Eating too much makes you fat. Plain and simple.
You might crave more carbs because you eat carbs. I eat a lot of carbs because... well, I love them.0 -

Ditto! I'd much rather relish in treats once in a while and figure out how to make the numbers work to meet my goals.0 -
I looked at your food diary, I think you eat very healthy and it's not hurting your weight. Maybe one of the guys could chime in, but it looks to me like you are low on calories for a male, to build muscle I eat 2,000 on workout days.0

Thanks for all the input.
I am going to keep my coffee which will help keep my sanity.
Just gotta make room for it in the calorie budget.0 -
Looking at your profile pic...Doesn`t seem to be doing you any harm..0
