I have hurt myself by running in the wrong shoes for too long. I finally got the right shoes, fitted and all. Much, much better! Well, in the process I've caused shin splints in my leg so bad that couldn't even squat down to help my kids. Hobbling along, knot and pain in a really tight calf, etc. RICE, massage, long soaks in the bath, etc. etc. I decided to buck up and pay the $20 for the Zensah Compression Leg Sleeve. Found them on eBay. OMGoodness! Where were you 5 weeks ago? I LOVE IT! I've been wearing it for almost 3 1/2 hours since I got it out of the mailbox. I can actually squat down and walk without pain! It was worth it! I'm sure the other brands are just as good but this one had the most reviews. Now I want the sports bra and other running gear I've been reading about. I now wish I had ordered the pair.

Who wears them when they run or do you only wear them after a run? I think I may try them on a run and keep them on for a bit after my run. Highly recommend!!
