Stress? Pms?? Help!!

maybe off the general "health and fitness" topic- but for about 2 weeks out of every damn month I find myself moody as hell and just generally (emotionally) down in the dumps. I get snappy and miserable and this just isn't me- definitely has not always been this bad. I also feel a sense of overall mental exhaustion.

If this is just some serious, long lasting PMS- what can I do to balance it out??? Or could it be something else related to my hormones? Maybe it's just stress.. Just wondering if any of the ladies out there have any suggestions because I am sick of this imbalance.!!

    that happened to me when i was on a certain birth control a few years-i was so irrational! are you on bc?? when i went on the one i am on now i got the same way, but only a week before-instead of two weeks before. i feel as though working out really helps with my moods, bc now that i am working out so much i feel grounded and i only feel crazy maybe for about 2 days a week before my period. lol. and sometimes i dont get PMS at all--depends on hormones, stress, YOU NAME IT ANYTHING.,.,,,LOL dont know if i helped but i think it happens to all of us.
