Arthritis and Excercise

I have an old hip injury resulting in arthritis and after a long journey, my physio therapist said I can up my cardio, currently I do the Elliptical trainer but she would like me to try other cardio work that will fatigue the muscle more - so to make a long story short, she recommend trying dancing or kickboxing videos, something that changes frequently causing me to use all the muscles in the upper leg and hip area. I already have the Wii Just Dance, which is fun!
So my question is, any recommendation? I am not looking for a killer, cardio blast as I won’t be able to do any jumping, pounding actions.
