C25K - How to log?

So, i don't have a HRM but tonight, went for week 1 day 3 of C25K. Worked out that in the 20 minutes run / walk we covered a 2 mile distance, so this would be an average speed of 6 mph (right? stop me if i'm wrong....) So can I just log that of 20 mins 6mph? Or should it be something else because it's only actual running for 8 minutes of the 20?
Any help appreciated!

Do you know what your walking speed was? I would log it as 20 mins walking at such and such a pace and 8 minutes running at 6 mph.0
