30 Day Exercise Plan

So I am working on a 30 day workout plan. I am trying to loose at least 5 lbs by the end of the month. I am using the iPhone app Workout Trainer by Skimble Inc. So far I am starting off slow with just the 15 Minute Core Booster Abs workout plan that they have. Just something simple to get me started. I have no worked out in a very very long time. I would love to know any other good weight loss workouts people are using.
