Probably nothing. The most practical approach might be to enjoy yourself, limit the damage by not going completely overboard, and work on evening it out over the next couple of days. I've had a few similar situations, and I generally take the approach that I want to be healthy so I can enjoy things. So I try to watch portions, try to log everything honestly, and then work extra hard over the next couple of days. It usually takes 3-4 days to get back to where I started in terms of weight.0

I'm going to have the same scenario Tuesday night at the Prudential Center. I can't imagine anything with be even slightly healthy, but what they heck, it's a rarity to eat at an arena for me. I'll probably have a lighter lunch than normal in anticipation.0
