Just curious, I have a long way to go, and I know there are weeks where you will not lose, and sometimes you go up.
But for the sake of this question, lets say that you steadily lose 1-2 pounds a week, for 6+ months. Is it the last 10? 15?

For me, it's the last 15. Held in a 4lb cycle for nearly 4 months. It's only through upping my calories, upping my activity level and lifting weights that it's finally starting to come off again, slowly.0
