22 Years old 75lbs to lose need motivation!!!

Hi everyone,

I started here in Jan 2012 and my first week I pulled GREAT weightloss but I feel I am not being as dedicated to losing the weight as the first week.

Has anyone got any tips for keeping motivated?
I find it hard mostly in work where I can grab something quick!!!

  • I have the problem often. I willbe doing great with my workouts and eating and then slowly kind of slack off. I think the key is just consistency until it becomes like second nature. It's going to take a little while to get there (and I usually flatline before getting to that point!!) but if we stick with it, the outcome will be GREAT!!!
