Spike day???

Ok so my weight has stayed the same for the last 3 weeks, my calorie intake has been exactly the same. I am not exercising at the moment as I have a LOT of weight to lose and I have problems with my knees so have decided to wait until I lose a bit more and then start the exercise.

So have been reading lots of posts regarding spike days, so decided to try today...I have gone over by 500 calories today, is this enough?? or too much??
Really want to kick start this again.
I know the exercise would help but my kness can't take it yet lol

    There's a great group on here 'Spike 84' especially for spikers. It tells you how to work out how much you should be eating on your spike day and the other days during the week. Everyone there is following the same sort of plan so can really help and encourage you :) Come join us!
