post pregnancy workout DVD's are supposed to focus on toning up that area again. That may help if its only your tummy from the pregnancy and you don't have weight to lose all over in general?
Tracy Anderson's is good, she doesn't like she's ever been 60lbs!! Alot of people on here like Jillian Michaels if you need to lose a bigger amount in general.0 -
Jillians 6 week 6 pack is a great one.0

Power walking!! No joke, this works! Along with diet of course! After I had my son, I did weight watchers, and just walked, ALL the time! And I lost the belly fat no problem! It is a little harder this second time around, especially with two little ones and a hubby who works all the time, don't really have the time to go out power walking. But once the weather is warm, I will be doing it!!0

Plus, check out this video for the best ab/core exercise ever! It made a huge difference in my belly (I was only 5 lbs. away from my goal weight). The ball is worth the small investment (<$20). Try doing 3 sets of 8 reps. After much practice I now do 3 sets of 15 reps at least 3 times per week.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6q7k_D6DGQ&list=PL4CE51ED9E54AA7C3&index=2&feature=plpp_video

Dropping wheat helped for me and I wear one of those sauna belts around biggest area when I did early morning workouts so that bit sweated more. I never lost any more inches since as I was too stiff/too high pain levels through winter to manage the intense workout I was doing (intense for me anyway!)
Now its milder I've started getting back to early morning workouts again with a new routine for me that gets me out of breath and makes me sweat, its my adapted version of a 30day shred (I'm wheelchair user) combined with some Wii games that are a challenge for me too that I'm gonna try and do for 30 straight mornings to see if I can lose these last few inches off tummy!
First part for me is to survive 7 consecutive mornings before I take a rest day and take it one week at a time! My version may possibly actually take longer than 30 days! for me to complete if I need at least one rest day at the end of each week!0 -
Diet. You can not spot reduce. Caloric deficit.0

Diet. You can not spot reduce. Caloric deficit.
Diet diet diet diet and more diet. If that isn't clear, diet. And on top of that, a 40-50 mins of cardio in a day and some weights a few times a week to build a little muscle and raise you're BMR.
There is no tricks, only the cold hard truth. A DVD nor cleverly sold ab machine will do very little in reality.0 -
the skin will tone itself... even dr's say they wont do any skin tightening till 3 years after major event0
