I weigh 115-120 and lately I've been intaking sometimes up to 150 g of protein. My aim is 1g per pound of weight, but is 150 over-doing it? experts? thanks!

That close to 1.2g per pound. When cutting weight you want protein higher. Protein keeps you satiated and increases metabolic rate.

    You're good.

There has been no studies that show protein levels of any amount on a healthy pair of kidneys is dangerous.

I wasn't so much concerned about my organs as much as it being more than my body needs. if the more the merrier even when trying to cut, then I'm happy with having that much! Thanks guys! :)

Ok, put it this way, I'm 265lb and I take in 550g protein a day. Thats 2g per pound of my BW in protein. My body LOVES it.
