JUST WANTING TO GET SOME IDEAS AS TO HOW TO LOSE BELLY FAT ! I AM LOSING IT EVERY WHERE ELSE BUT HAVING A HARD TIME THERE..... DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY GOOD WORK OUTS AND FOOD TO HELP ?? THANKS :)

  • Cut down on the carbs you are eating and make sure to drink plenty of water. I had three babies in 5 years, and it is the hardest place to lose it, but from what I have heard it's all about the diet, which I didn't like to hear :-)

    Sorry to say that you cannot spot reduce fat. So for example doing ab workouts wont reduce your belly fat. Your body just takes the fat from all parts of your body and we have no control where it does this at on a weight loss diet.

    Weight training. Try dead lifts and deep squats! Use that core while you do them!

    Glad you posted this. My "bad" spots are my belly and chest. Blech!
