I did the 30DS and lost 7lbs and 14 inches. I just started the Ripped in 30, and I think I like it better, but it's only been one day so we will see. I really like Jillian, she kicks your butt for sure!0

30 day shred!!! Ripped killed my knees...0

30DS gave me the best results, but I find Rin30 more enjoyable due to more variety (although the lack of variety might be what gives better results with 30DS ). Extreme Shed is a lot of fun but I feel like it's easier that either 30DS or Ripped.0

I like both 30DS and RI30. Extreme Shed and Shred has a lot of difficult moves for those not very coordinated. She also doesn't spend a lot of time explaining them, it's more like "hook, cross, uppercut combo" and then they do it once, then speed up. It's also two levels but you're supposed to do them both each day and each are about 45 minutes long. I think RI30 is A LOT more challenging than 30DS. I'm doing Body Revolution right now and I'm starting week 3 on Monday - it is fairly beginner right now, but I've been doing JM workouts for over 1.5 years. It is supposed to get more difficult as the weeks go on... I recommended RI30 or Body Rev.0

30ds was easier and more fun for me. i felt like i got more visible results from 30ds but more overall strength results from ripped in 30 if that makes sense. definitely be careful with your knees though0

I would say RI30 if you are finishing up Insanity. However you might find it to easy or short for you. I am just finshing up RI30 and starting Insanity Monday!
Honestly 30DS bored me0 -
30 Day Shred is easier than Ripped in 30.
I've never done extreme shed.
I can't tell you which gives best results since I'm working on Ripped in 30 right now. I think it depends on how advanced you are. If you're less advanced, I'd suggest 30 Day Shred. If you're a bit more advanced then Ripped in 30.
So far, I like Ripped in 30 best. I haven't had much results just yet but I also just finished day 4 of level 1.
It did make me more sore than 30 Day Shred and if anything I've gained weight because of the water retention that comes with being sore.0
