.... and a new start to my fitness and dieting...
I have been on this site for months and never used it to it's full advantage, well 3rd March 2012, is going to be a new era for me. By the time it hits 3rd March 2013 I want to be at my ideal weight of 125 - 130lbs. I am currently at about 173 - 175lbs.
I want to lose 50lbs, and there is is 52weeks in a year, I WILL do it this time. I mean i'm not fat I know that, i'm 5"3 I have a lot of muscle BUT I WANT TO SHOW IT! I have fat surrounding my body and its BYE BYE time.
I run my hand over my fat on my belly, and if I really press down I can feel UNDER the fat the toned muscle I have on my abs, I tense my legs and under the fat is SOLID muscle, I am a naturally strong person, I have always done strength training like martial arts, but now its time for that cardio I need.
My goal this time next year, I will be getting into a UK size 8!!!
