    I like different ones but..favs are:

    Peanut butter and jelly
    bologna with mayo

    And lately, I love turkey, tomato, sliced avocado and mayo! :love:

    I'm not a big sandwich person and something about 'lunch meat'..even the word, kinda sceeves me a little
    So, I'm going to have an egg sandwich:
    TJ low fat bread (only 40 cals a slice)
    a fried egg...kill the yolk (100cals)
    slice of packaged white american melted (60cals)

    Ohhh good choice Kim! I love a good egg sandwich. I eat that for breakfast a lot.

    I make mine with:

    An Arnolds Multi-Grain sandwich thing
    1 egg + 2 egg whites
    Trader Joes sliced lite cheddar!!

    YUMMM!!

    Well this sounds bad but I had fried bologna for supper with mayo and lettuce! Oh yea and cheese too! Don't shoot me now!

    Yes, the way my mom made it was good. More like ground beef in a creamy gravy..peppery!! :tongue:

    I think Stoffer's makes it. It's chipped beef in this white sauce. You put it over toast.

    The best chipped beef is a firehouse breakfast chipped beef. Those firefighters know how to make it. I put mine over potatoes though.
