Before I begin, let me just say that this workout kicks my butt time and time again. I haven't even been able to do all 5 yet, and my legs HURT. (good kinda hurt  )

Okay my problem is, how do I add this to my diary? It's not on the database and I have NO way to know how many calories I'm burning or how to figure it out.

If *anyone* can help me out here, I'd be forever grateful . :flowerforyou:

I'm curious too as I just bought Jillian Michaels Kickbox FastFix.

Don't know about the Keli Roberts one, but for my Jillian DVDs (don't have Kickbox FastFix yet, but plan to get it when it comes out next week) I always logged them under circuit training before I had my HRM.

I never would have thought of circuit training.

But I'm pretty new to the exercise world lol. Thanks

Since getting my HRM I use the Create Your Own Exercise feature for my various DVD titles and enter the time and calories burned from the HRM.

I originally started logging it as circuit training at first because it seemed to fit best, as most of the Jillian DVDs I have go through circuits, with 3 to 5 exercises in a circuit, then she moves on to another 3-5 exercises, etc.
