Hey thanks for reading! I'm wondering if u know of a good cereal with low calories? There are so many on the shelf and I don't know where to start! Thanks

Dont just look at the calories, look at the sugar too. I liked cheerios because it was only 110 calories until I read the sugar in it.
I really like Kashi go lean original. It had 140 calories, 10 g protein and like 6g fiber!

Not sure where you're from, but Kashi Go lean in America wasn't bad. Also a lot of the fibre cereals have virtually 0g of sugar in them.
If you live in Aus, try Artisan foods cinnamon or Agave spelt flakes. 160 cal per cup, <1g sugar, high fibre high protein.
Sake applies to the fibre cereals, but be careful, because Aus fibre cereals seem to be more sugary than the ones in America!
Otherwise oatmeal is your best bet! Add some fruit, nuts and soy milk, and you're good to go Keeps me full for hours!0
