Am I the only one?

Hi, I estimate a lot of what I eat every day. I don't record food, just the calorie estimation. It's been two months, its been working so far. Anyone else do things a little out of the norm?

You have a lot to lose, and this will probably work at least for a while. There will come a point where estimating may not work, unless you are really good at it. It works for my wife at this point.0

I use to do that also, but now i type in the food just to see how much of other things I am getting.0

If it works for you, and you're losing weight at the predicted weight, you're unusually good at estimating calories. Most people who have weight to lose didn't get there by having a good intuitive sense of how much they were eating.0
