Crunch Bikini Body

Hello everyone! I have recently been using a Crunch Bikini Body DVD that I've had for a while, and I'm not sure how to classify it in my exercise log. It has 3 10 minute segments: one belly, one butt, and one thighs. Each segment begins with cardio. I would call it dancey aerobics and finishes with a strength training section (lunges, squats, crunches, etc). I'm just not sure what to call it in my log. Help please! :flowerforyou:

    I would put that under circuit training.
